Preschool Teacher
Job Description
- Conduct day to day classes for students between 1 to 6 years old
- Work with a team of classroom teacher, teacher assistants, foreign teacher, music teacher, aerobics teacher and art teacher
- Prepare interactive and interesting lesson plans
- Responsible for quality and teaching effectiveness
- Preparing and presenting lessons that facilitate students’ cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Review and keep track of students learning outcomes and feedback to school management
- Establish meaningful parents’ relationship to better understand each student’s family needs
- Develop modern teaching materials and manage conducive classroom settings
- Report to Principal of the school
- Organized and participate in school events
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in the same international environment
- Passionate about working with children
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Basic English skills preferred
- Hands-on attitude, good interpersonal skills, and strong communication, and presentation skills
